My whole life I knew that my grandfather was a photographer, he even took some of our primary school class photos. His camera was never far and I recently discovered a collection of family albums at my uncle's house. I also discovered his remarkable black and white photos when my dad and I started digitising my grandfather's old negatives. For me, as an amatuer photographer, there's just something magical about a good black and white photo. I decided to compile a book with all my favourites from my grandfather's photos along with some interesting stories about his life.
