Living Inside Out

We live in a world of our own creation. More and more, Science is uncovering this truth and presenting it to us as fact.

It is becoming indisputable that each of us individually creates the reality we see around us – every little bit of it, all the time. 

This can be frustrating because no-one tells us how to do it consciously. It doesn’t help to know you create it all if you cannot consciously do anything about it.

This is not a Scientific book with the aim of providing proof, but a practical 'How to' guide, describing in detail, effective techniques and approaches to assist in elegantly creating the reality we desire.

Nobody can ever teach us that we create our own reality. It is not something we learn, it is something we uncover.  No one can convince us this lifetime is not the product of chance and coincidence, chaos and physics. We already know on some level that this is a lie and will only be re-learning what we  have forgotten.

How do we know if we know? When you hear that your life is  the product of your creation and your creation alone – the precipitation of your thoughts and feelings, attitudes and beliefs – is your immediate reaction to deny this and defend your position that most of what happens in your life is out of your hands? Or when you hear these words is there a part of you, no matter how small, that feels a sense of coming home to an understanding that has been lost for too long?
