Gentle: A Healing Journey in No Particular Order, is a personal memoir about taking my power and my life back, after years of unchecked burnout led to a complete anxiety breakdown. Although a personal account of my healing journey, this book is for every person who has lost themselves in some way while trying so desperately to survive in a career or a relationship, after a trauma or devastating loss. My invitation in the book is for you to tune in, make new agreements that prioritises your well-being. This inner work is not always easy.
